Vanilla Caramel Protein Flan

Standard

Ingredients

500 ml Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified) (I’m gonna try to make it with almond milk)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 serving (serving = 1 rounded scoop) 100% Whey – French Vanilla Creme
1 serving (serving = 1 packet) Kroger Unflavored Gelatin

Directions

Mix the protein powder with the unflavoured gelatin in a bowl. Heat up the milk and add it to the protein gelatin mix. You can also add a bit of vanilla essence too. Whisk whisk whisk and transfer to molds, bowls, whatever you have. Place in the fridge to set for about 2 hours and that’s it!! Then you can cover them with TONS of WF caramel syrup for extra yumminess πŸ˜‰

Ice cream time!!

Standard

Protein Cake Batter Ice Cream

Ingredients

1.33 serving (serving = 1 cup) Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk
2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Muscle Milk Cake Batter Protein Powder
6 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
0.17 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Bob’s Red Mill Xanthan Gum
1 dash Salt

Directions

Combine 1 cup of the almond milk and all other ingredients EXCEPT the Xanthan gum. Blend until completely mixed. Pour mixture into ice cube trays and place in freezer until hardened.

Once frozen, pour the cubes back into the blender and blend with the remaining 1/3 cup of almond milk and 1/2 teaspoon of Xanthan.

Be patient! It will take a little bit of time to blend and thicken. You can place the ice cream back in the freezer to harden more or serve immediately.

Skinny brown rice pudding :)

Standard

One of my favorite desserts is rice pudding so I decided to come up with a slightly healthier version of it, so here it is! It actually turned out super yummy, way better than I was imagining it πŸ˜‰

Ingredients:

4 cups water
1 cup brown rice
4 cups almond milk
2 1/2 Tbsp Splenda/stevia
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup raisins
