sugar free, gluten free, and fat free pumpkin-egg whites pancake

Standard

1/2 cup of pure pumpkin pure
3/4 cups of pure egg whites
1 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
1/4 t of salt
2 T Splenda or stevia
dash of cinnamon
-cook like a regular pancake, but be careful when flipping over bcs it’s not as dense. Too with ur favorite sugar free toppings πŸ™‚ yumm!!!
