K So I’ve tried different recipes and my own mixes for protein muffins and I have to say these r the best! moist, tasty, airy, yumm! the only problem is that I didn’t measure much while making them, so I’ll try my best to put the list accurate measurements here:
mix together:
1 cup if oat flour ( I blend my regular oats in the blender)
1 cup oats
2 scoops of chocolate/vanilla/mocha protein powder
2 egg whites
2 tbl stevia
2 teasp cinnammon
2 teasp vanilla flavor
2 teasp b soda
1tbl b powder
1 punch of salt
3/4 cups of unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cups nonfat plain Greek yougurt
2 tbl cocoa powder
2 tbl of cinnammon chips/choco chips
bake at 375 in muffin tons for 15-20 mins
