Quick tip–freeze any bananas that are extra ripe to throw into protein shakes or smoothies! The ripeness makes them sweeter and easier to blend, and more nutritious. I break my bananas into quarters when they look like this ⬆️⬆️⬆️ and freeze in a Tupperware container. It’s an easy way not to waste ripe bananas–they are choc full of potassium and make excellent pre and post workout snacks. 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌
