    • I like to use the detox water u have in here, at least one gallon a day and then I just do very little carbs ( like one sweet potatoe a day ) and the rest just veggies, fruits, healthy fats and very lean meats. The first 2-3 days I do a yea that has senna in it to get rid of all the extra stuff in there πŸ˜‰
