1 cup Lowfat (1-2% Fat) Cottage Cheese
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Blue Diamond Sliced Almonds
Blend with a food processor or blender: cottage cheese, 1/4 cup blueberries, and vanilla extract. Blend until creamy. Layer with almonds and blueberries!
