Low fat Corn Bread muffins

Ingredients

1 medium Egg
1/2 cup White Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Yellow Whole Grain Corn Meal
2 serving (serving = 1 packet) Stevia
1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) plain Nonfat Greek yogurt

Mix everything, fill muffin tins with batter. Bake at 400f/200c for 20 minutes or until done. Yummmmmm!!! Makes 6 corn bread muffins.
