I have been doing the intermittent fasting(my style) for about two months now and i have found some noticeable changes in my body and also my mind which i wish to share.
I have done quite a bit of research into the benefits of intermittent fasting and i thought that the only way to really see what its all about is to have a go myself but with a little variations i thought i needed.
First a history lesson from what iv’e researched.
The cave man was probably the first to do intermittent fasting as he was a hunter and gatherer who woke each day knowing that he had to hunt to eat his protein source.
So the cave man was really doing a fasted cardio each day as well as extensive strength sessions carting the hunt back to the camp for meal prep.
