Hay hay haystacks :)


Hay Hay!
This is a great NO BAKE recipe to keep you regular! Protein Chocolate Haystacks

Mix the following together in a bowl:
1/3 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Whey in Chocolate Cake Batter (or the one of your choice)
3 TBSP of Walden Farms Calorie Free Pancake Syrup
1/2 cup Fibre 1 Cereal
1 TBSP reduced fat unsweetened coconut
Place parchment paper (or plastic wrap) over a plate. Make ~6-7 Haystacks. Place in the freezer to set for 20 minutes. Eat!
