Here I was trying to make cauliflower a bit more exiting 🙂
1 head of cooked and puréed cauliflower
2 cups of cooked brown rice
3/4 cups of brown rice flour
2 T Parmesan cheese
3 egg whites
Pepper, salt and garlic powder to taste.
* mix well and spoon onto baking sheet previously sprayed with cooking Pam. Bake at 375 for 10 mins then flip over for other 10 mins or til golden.
