High protein tuna burgers

These tuna burgers are easy to make, taste delicious and are a perfect post session snack or meal! They are made of ingredients most us will in the house so no need to rush out and buy anything extra!

They take about 15 mins to prep and cook.


1 tin of tuna
2 egg whites
Onions (spring onions work great too)
Handful of porridge oats (any will do)


Drain the tin of tuna and place into a large mixing bowl
Add the egg whites and mix until the tuna becomes sticky
Add the onions and handful of oats
Mix using your hands and form into burger shapes ( you should be able to get 2-3 good-sized burgers)


Pre heat a frying pan on medium heat, add a little olive oil
