Brown rice-protein clusters

Standard

3 c of cooked brown rice
2-3 egg whites
1/2 c brown rice flour or oat, quinoa etc…
Garlic powder, salt, Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste

*Blend everything in blender or food processor, spoon out in muffin tops and bake at 375 for 30-35 mins (depending how crispy you want them
