Just a little snack to make after a mild stength workout. Takes 15 minutes and 5 ingredients!
– 1 eggwhite
– 1 small apple (or halve a big one)
– tsp butter
– tsp granulated sugar (or substitute)
– pinch of cinnamon
Pre-heat the oven to 200 Celcius. Slice the apple into small pieces and combine with the cinnamon in your ramekin. Microwave this for about a minute. Meanwhile, stir the eggwhite until firm and add the sugar. Now stir again until stiff. Combine the warm cinnamon apple pieces with the eggwhite mixture and butter your ramekin. Pour the mixture into the ramekin and bake for about 9 minutes. Do not open the door to take a peek! Serve immediately.
