Today I will be sharing this very important video on the key fundamentals to execute the dead-lift properly.
The most common thing i’ve seen in the gym from personal experience is improper form while attempting to execute the dead-lift.
If not done correctly, this workout can cause damage to your body. If done correctly, this exercise can work wonders for your body; it is nearly a full body workout.
This is the best instructional video that really focuses on form and the initial set up of the dead-lift. If you are trying to put on muscle I highly recommend incorporating the dead-lift into your workouts at least 2 times a week.
