I had some cauliflower left over from Mac and Cheese I made earlier in the week and whipped this recipe up really quickly. Great recipe just in time for Thanksgiving. It is so creamy and tasty! It would make a great potato substitute!
What You’ll Need:
1 head of cauliflower
4 Tbsp butter
3-4 cloves Garlic
Pinch of sea salt
Cracked pepper, optional
What To Do:
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil
Meanwhile cut up cauliflower in small pieces, add to boiling water
Steam cauliflower for 15-20 minutes, or until soft
Drain the water from the pot and then transfer the cauliflower to a food processor
Process for a few seconds to chop. Add butter, garlic, sea salt, cracked pepper and blend until smooth
Plate or transfer to a bowl and serve.
Eat and enjoy!
