First one it’s the “standing cable lift” other one one is “bottoms up” (from bodybuilding.com)
K, so I tried them today at the gym with a friend. The cable one it’s awesome for your obliques, just make sure u stand in front as much as you can so you really get that extension on your side. Loved it.
The bottoms up wasn’t as challenging til my friend suggested to do it with the bosu ball, it made a huge difference 😉
